The Hoosier Youth
ChalleNGe Academy exists to help young people help themselves.
Hoosier youths, ages 16-18, who have left high school without a
diploma attend the Academy of their own volition, free of charge, after
selection from an application pool. The 17 1/2-month rigorous program is
designed to help Indiana youth dream, believe, and achieve through the
development of personal commitment and self-discipline.
Hoosier Youth ChalleNGe Foundation believes in the mission and
programming of the Academy, helping these Indiana youth endow themselves
with power and dignity, directing their lives within a productive
society. The Foundation informs and educates the citizens and
legislators of Indiana about the Academy and its service to Indiana
In addition, it provides targeted funding to program
expenses not covered by federal and state monies, and expands resource
growth in program requirements.
Dream. Believe. Achieve. The
mantra of the Academy - the strength of our passion and efforts.
The vision of the Hoosier Youth ChalleNGe Foundation, Inc., is to provide enough
support to the Hoosier Youth ChalleNGe Academy financially and philosophically
that every young person in Indiana who wishes to attend, may do so.

a solid underpinning of financial stability for operations, scholarships, and
location of Academy
